George Kiper
George Kiper commenced his career as young man in a real estate agency in St Kilda while studying Accounting.
Real estate became a passion for George and he decided to pursue as a full time career by joining as partner in the establish firm of Nagel & Diamond. This company had grown to become a major force in the property market and through merges and acquisitions have become known as TBM Commercial Pty Ltd.
After the sale of the management portfolio of TBM Commercial, a rebranding occurred and George became a Principal of KBL Commercial Pty Ltd to continue his pursuit for real estate.
Max Braudé
Has been involved in Real Estate sales since 1978.
Originally trained as a psychologist; real estate happened quite by chance.
Originally worked for a commercial/industrial/investment brokerage in Johannesburg which he acquired and eventually sold in order to progress it through a listing.
Sold out in order to move his family to the Lucky Country around the turn of the century and has been together with George Kiper and Michael Lewin since.
This relationship has evolved into KBL Commercial and will go from strength to strength.
A highly competitive sportsman in aviation in South Africa, Max still flies and is an enthusiastic follower of sport in Australia.
Michael Lewin
Commercial property agent Michael Lewin made headlines when in 1992 he rewrote the real estate record books with the sale of the Fountain Gate shopping centre for $187.5million. This was at the time the biggest single property transaction in Victoria.
Michael Lewin’s background originated from an accountancy practice.
When KBL recently struck out on its own, it started life as an entity with an already impressive list of clients, built up over almost 60 years in the competitive and complex area of commercial real estate. And to many of these clients, confidentiality is all important.
Lewin says: “These clients rely on our judgement, and we enjoy their trust; a trust built up over many years that depends on both integrity and discretion”.
David Toussaint
David started off in accounting and 30 plus years ago moved into the property industry, including sales, leasing and web marketing. His work on projects as a sales & leasing agent in the early to mid 1990’s on high-rise and medium-density residential, mixed-use, offices to shopping centres and large scale retail leases gained him a wealth of experience.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Valuations and Property Development, plus has many other levels of expertise in the real estate field.
David is an avid sailor and tennis player and has a lot of interest in other sports as well.
