KBL Commercial

George Kiper

George Kiper commenced his career as young man in a real estate agency in St Kilda while studying Accounting.

Real estate became a passion for George and he decided to pursue as a full time career by joining as partner in the establish firm of Nagel & Diamond. This company had grown to become a major force in the property market and through merges and acquisitions have become known as TBM Commercial Pty Ltd.

After the sale of the management portfolio of TBM Commercial, a rebranding occurred and George became a Principal of KBL Commercial Pty Ltd to continue his pursuit for real estate.

Max Braudé

Has been involved in Real Estate sales since 1978.

Originally trained as a psychologist; real estate happened quite by chance.

Originally worked for a commercial/industrial/investment brokerage in Johannesburg which he acquired and eventually sold in order to progress it through a listing.

Sold out in order to move his family to the Lucky Country around the turn of the century and has been together with George Kiper and Michael Lewin since.

This relationship has evolved into KBL Commercial and will go from strength to strength.

A highly competitive sportsman in aviation in South Africa, Max still flies and is an enthusiastic follower of sport in Australia.

Michael Lewin

Commercial property agent Michael Lewin made headlines when in 1992 he rewrote the real estate record books with the sale of the Fountain Gate shopping centre for $187.5million. This was at the time the biggest single property transaction in Victoria.

Michael Lewin’s background originated from an accountancy practice.

When KBL recently struck out on its own, it started life as an entity with an already impressive list of clients, built up over almost 60 years in the competitive and complex area of commercial real estate. And to many of these clients, confidentiality is all important.

Lewin says: "These clients rely on our judgement, and we enjoy their trust; a trust built up over many years that depends on both integrity and discretion".

Patrick Mammone

Patrick Mammone started his career as a Civil Engineer back in the 1980's for the Shire of Rodney and worked with Young Lehmann Architects before designing new buildings with a revolutionary new product which is now commonly known Alucabond. My career then moved on to working as a property valuer for the City of White Horse and the City of Boroondara.

Real Estate was my passion and back in 1990 I started working for Stockdale and Leggo before moving to The Professionals in Brunswick.

In the year 2000 I opened my own Ray White franchise which was known as Ray White Commercial (Footscray). In 2007 I was approached by a perspective buyer and sold and settled the business. I have continued working in Commercial Real Estate including opening a new office in 2010 as Coldwell Banker Central Melbourne in the Docklands.

In 2012 the opportunity to join forces with KBL Commercial was the right decision. We are now in a strong and competitive market and I feel that my devotion to the Industry is second to none.
